The PROMATAI Mid-Term Meeting was successfully held on 11 June 2025 in Košice, Slovakia, hosted by the Technical University of Košice (TUK). The meeting brought together consortium partners and secondees to review project progress, assess scientific achievements, and align the next implementation phase of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions–funded PROMATAI project.
The agenda opened with welcome remarks from the host institution and the PROMATAI Coordinator, followed by introductions of all research teams and presentations outlining each partner’s role within the network. Detailed reports from the Coordinator and Work Package leaders provided an overview of the project’s general status and the implementation of WP1 and WP2, highlighting progress against planned objectives and milestones.
A dedicated session was devoted to presentations by seconded researchers, showcasing research activities, knowledge exchange, and scientific outcomes achieved across the consortium. This was followed by a focused discussion between seconded staff members and the Project Officer, addressing administrative, training, supervision, and scientific aspects of the secondments, while the Management Board met in parallel.
The meeting concluded with an open feedback and discussion session, summarizing the network’s achievements to date and formulating recommendations to support the successful continuation of the PROMATAI project.
