The SMARTSEA Kick-Off meeting was successfully conducted in Lisbon, on the 02-03 December 2019 and hosted by the Infante D. Henrique Nautical School. During this meeting the SMARTSEA consortium partners had the opportunity to meet in person and discuss in depth the work packages, administrative, technical & management procedures in addition to launching the initial actions.
